All those feisty Trick-or-Treaters did not really have a treat yesterday out Halloween-ing -- the cold termperatures and snow on the ground was a bit of a downer. Last year at this time the ground was still brown and the weather above the normal average -- here are some photographs that capture some of the best of Halloween Alley that was set up right behind Stony Plain Road.
